It deserves its 3 stars. Spent our time very nicely, breakfast was satisfactory - very good value for money. Nice to have an individual balcony.

we would stay here again, if we come to seminyak. we enjoyed it, especially its staff and location. the room was very clean, featured satellite tv, a dining area and a study table.
